A Bridge Built from Experience
WBA wasn't built from a business plan. It was born from a life lived across borders.
Our founder grew up dreaming of a world beyond Vietnam. In her late teenage years, she lived and studied overseas for two years — until a government rescue flight during COVID-19 brought her back. Returning to Vietnam didn't feel like coming home.
For a long time, she felt restless — always looking outward, always wanting to run away and settle somewhere else. Vietnam felt too small for the world she had seen.
That changed through education. Working in international programs, welcoming students and educators from across the globe to Vietnam, and watching their curiosity turn into genuine admiration — she began to see her own country through fresh eyes. She rediscovered its energy, its warmth, its potential.
During my time hosting international students and faculty here, they would often say: ‘I love Vietnam, and I want to come back.’ It made me question — do I truly love my own country? Do I truly love my own culture?
That shift became the foundation of WBA. If the world could fall in love with Vietnam, then Vietnam deserved a bridge to the world.
And every student — wherever they come from — deserves an experience that doesn't just educate them, but genuinely changes them. We exist to bring the world to Vietnam, and to bring Vietnamese students and educators to the world — connecting people from one country to another, one experience at a time.
